Washington DC, October 31, 2007 – Harvest Construction General Contracting Inc has been awarded a contract by Nova Hospitality Group LLC for the construction of a Value Place Hotel in Chantilly, Virginia.
Harvest will be the General Contractor for Nova Hospitality Group LLC’s Value Place Hotel. The project architect is Howard and Helmer Architects based in Overland Park, KS.
The Value Place hotel will be 4 stories high including 121 studios. There are three basic room types featuring standard studios, studio sleeper units, and studio double rooms. Room standards include: dresser and nightstand, cable TV, clothing rack, full-size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove, on-site laundry facilities, and private-secured entrances.
