Harvest Contracted with ValPlace Development to Build Two Value Place Extended Stay Hotels in the Houston Area
Kansas City, MO, January 2, 2008 - Harvest Construction announces the signing of two hotel projects with ValPlace Development in the Houston area. Harvest has been contracted to construct Value Place extended stay hotels for the Dallas-based developer. The projects collectively account for over $6,300,000 in aggregate value.

Mr. Jordan and company will be conducting pre-construction meetings in an effort to kick start both projects this week. This marks the third and fourth projects currently being constructed by Harvest in the Lone Star State.
