Harvest Contracted with SPI Hospitality to Build a 43,000 Square Foot, 4-story, 121 Unit, Value Place Hotel in Tyler, TX
Tyler, TX, November 21, 2007 – Harvest Construction was awarded the contract to build a Value Place Extended Stay hotel. The hotel property is located on South Southwest Loop 323 in Tyler. Groundbreaking began Monday, November 19th and construction will conclude in early summer of 2008 with the Grand Opening. Howard and Helmer, an Overland Park, KS based architectural firm, is the project architect.
SPI Hospitality is a Dallas-based development company developing among other projects Value Place hotels. Value Place has three basic room types featuring standard studios, studio sleeper units, and studio double rooms. Room standards include: dresser and nightstand, cable TV, clothing rack, full-size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove, on-site laundry facilities,and private-secured entrances.
